Answers to the most common questions about ordering, delivery, and payments.

01When will my game be delivered?

After your payment is confirmed, your order moves to fulfillment. Delivery typically happens within 24 hours. Your order status is always visible in your profile under Order History.

02Can I get a refund after the gift is sent?

No. Once the Steam gift is sent to your account, the order is considered fulfilled and is non-refundable. Please review your cart carefully before completing checkout.

03What if I buy DLC without owning the base game?

Please verify base game ownership before purchasing DLC. DLC compatibility is the customer's responsibility and is not refundable for an ownership mismatch.

04Why do you ask for my Steam email?

We use your registered Steam email to send the game gift directly to your Steam account. Make sure the email matches your Steam login exactly to avoid failed delivery.

05Does my Steam account need to meet any requirements?

Yes. Your Steam account must be at least 1 year old or have spent at least USD $5 on Steam to be eligible to receive gifts. If your account doesn't meet this, please contact us before purchasing.

06How can I track my order?

Go to your profile and open Order History to view the latest payment and fulfillment status for each order in real-time.

07How does Koko installment payment work?

Koko splits your total into 3 equal installments. The first is charged at checkout, the second after 30 days, and the third after 60 days — all automatically to your linked card. No credit card required.

08What happens if a Koko installment fails?

Koko will attempt to retry the payment. If the payment continues to fail, your Koko account may be suspended. Contact Koko support directly for payment issues.

09Can I cancel my order?

Orders can only be cancelled before the game gift is sent. Once fulfillment has started, cancellation is not possible. Contact us immediately via WhatsApp or email if you need to cancel.

10Is VaultX.lk affiliated with Steam or Valve?

No. VaultX.lk is an independent reseller and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Valve Corporation or Steam in any way.
