Koko Installments on VaultX

Koko is the installment payment option built into VaultX.lk checkout. Instead of charging the full order amount at once, Koko splits it into 3 equal, interest-free payments. You choose it on the same checkout screen as everything else on VaultX and complete the payment with your Koko account.

Koko applies to every product VaultX sells: Steam games, game top-ups, gift cards and subscriptions. Because it's a local Sri Lankan payment method, you don't need an international card to use it.

At checkout, choose Koko as your payment method and complete the payment flow as normal. The first installment is charged immediately, the second automatically after 30 days, and the third automatically after 60 days — all to the card you link with Koko. Your order itself isn't held up waiting for later installments: once the first payment clears, we start processing your order the same way as any other.

For Steam games specifically, the installment amount you see on a game's page or in your cart is 1 of the 3 equal payments, not the full price — the page also shows the full contract total. If a game is on a live Steam sale, the installment amount reflects that sale price; see how VaultX sale pricing works for how long a sale price is honored before checkout.

Koko isn't the only payment method on VaultX — bank transfer is also available, but only for orders that contain subscriptions. Steam games, top-ups and gift cards are paid with Koko. If your cart has a Steam game or top-up alongside a subscription, you'll pay the whole order with Koko, or buy the subscription separately if you want to use bank transfer for it.

If a Koko installment payment fails, Koko will attempt to retry it. If it continues to fail, your Koko account may be suspended — that's handled entirely on Koko's side, so for payment issues with a specific installment, contact Koko support directly rather than VaultX.
