Before you order — talk to us first.
Fortnite top-ups work differently from our other games: our team logs into your own Epic account to buy V-Bucks for you. Please contact us on WhatsApp or Discord before you place your order, so we can walk you through it together.
This top-up is for Sri Lankan Epic accounts only. If you're not sure whether your account qualifies, ask us first.
We strongly prefer you stay connected via AnyDesk for the whole session. Since we're accessing your account to make this purchase, staying connected lets you see everything we do, in real time.
We never ask for, collect, or store your password — ever. You will type your own Epic password yourself, on your own screen, only if and when it's needed during the session. We do not save it anywhere, and no one at VaultX will ever ask you to tell it to us.
At checkout, you'll provide your Epic account email, and you're welcome to let us know whether Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) is enabled on your account — this helps us protect you.
Once your V-Bucks are delivered, the order is final and non-refundable. Please double-check your Epic account details before you pay.
