AGREEMENT
ELIGIBILITY
You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account and make purchases on VaultX.lk. By using this platform, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
You are responsible for ensuring your use of VaultX.lk complies with all laws applicable in your jurisdiction.
ACCOUNT RESPONSIBILITIES
- ▸You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- ▸You must provide accurate and truthful information during registration and checkout.
- ▸You must not share your account with others or use it on behalf of another person without their consent.
- ▸You must notify us immediately at support@vaultx.lk if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
- ▸We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
PURCHASES & DIGITAL GOODS
VaultX.lk sells digital products including Steam game gifts, in-game items, and digital top-ups. All prices are displayed in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR) and include applicable charges.
Steam Gift Eligibility: Your Steam account must meet Valve's gift eligibility requirements — typically an account at least 1 year old or with at least USD $5 spent. VaultX.lk is not responsible for failed deliveries caused by an ineligible Steam account.
Delivery Timeframe: Digital gifts are typically delivered within 24 hours of payment confirmation. During high-demand periods, delivery may take up to 48 hours. We will notify you of any delays.
Pricing: Prices on VaultX.lk are calculated from Steam's LK-region pricing, converted to LKR at live exchange rates, plus a service fee and payment gateway charge. These are clearly disclosed at checkout.
PAYMENT TERMS
Payments are processed through Koko (Merchant Services Ltd). By selecting Koko at checkout, you agree to Koko's terms and authorise three automatic installment charges to your registered payment method over 90 days.
VaultX.lk does not store your card or bank details. All payment processing is handled by Koko's secure infrastructure.
Failed installment payments are subject to Koko's late payment policies. VaultX.lk reserves the right to suspend accounts with outstanding payment obligations.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & LICENSING
All games purchased through VaultX.lk are licensed — not sold — under Valve Corporation's Steam Subscriber Agreement. Purchasing a game through VaultX.lk grants you a personal, non-transferable licence to use that game as permitted by Valve.
VaultX.lk is not affiliated with Valve Corporation. Steam is a trademark of Valve Corporation.
All content on VaultX.lk — including design, code, text, and branding — is the property of DigiMart Solutions (Pvt) Ltd and may not be reproduced without written permission.
PROHIBITED CONDUCT
- ✕Attempting to resell purchased games or account access for commercial gain.
- ✕Using automated scripts, bots, or scraping tools to access the platform.
- ✕Submitting false information during registration or checkout.
- ✕Initiating fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes without first contacting us.
- ✕Attempting to circumvent pricing, regional restrictions, or security mechanisms.
- ✕Harassing, threatening, or abusing our support team.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
VaultX.lk and DigiMart Solutions (Pvt) Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of game access due to Valve policy changes, account bans imposed by Valve, or service interruptions.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of VaultX.lk shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific order in question.
