This is my favorite Star Wars game :3 It is a great game with a stellar cast of iconic and memorable crewmates! The story is great and the character dialogue and interactions are written really well. I highly enjoyed the combat and the addition of three actions per turn + the Advantage system :) Critiques just cause I like the game so much that I want the game to get improvements and DLC's: 1. I wish there was some more battlemap variety that brought it closer to xcom 2 (with interiors to buildings along with destructible 2nd and 3rd floors to them). 2. I wish there were some more enemy varieties: unique seperatist droids from all the different shows+movies (like the crab or spider droids as a mini-tank). 3. I wish there were more reasons to hire a full roster of 20 (other than just bond-farming to make a few of them into really powerful operators). 4. I wish there was an even harder mode. I played blind on Beskar Hard and then a repeat on Beskar Expert, and with my experience from Xcom 1+2 and other turn based games I rarely had an injury; and so far haven't had any deaths or failed missions. 5. I wish Beskar mode allowed you to fail non-critical missions that you didn't send Hawks on, and force you to live with the consequences and set-backs of that failed mission. Wishlist to make repeat play throughs more customizable: An option to skip the tutorial missions and to start with an all custom squad (no story characters other than Hawks, with story characters as optional hires in the recruitment menu or as a pop-up at start). Good, could have been great but you get what you get with EA. Some things don't really make sense from a gameplay perspective and the story isn't as interesting as what I remember KotOR or Jedi Outcast/Academy being. The game is easy on 'hard' difficulty. I am glad I played it, though. Worth the time.
I have been a massive star wars fan since I can remember and I love xcom 1 and 2. However this game falls far below expectation. I find myself becoming extremely bored very quickly. The AI is not challenging or interesting. The operations and missions are basic unlike xcom. Id request a refund if I could.

I’m having an absolute blast with this game! As a massive fan of both Star Wars and the XCOM series, this hits the sweet spot. It delivers deep, satisfying turn-based tactical combat wrapped in an authentic Clone Wars atmosphere. If you love turn-based tactics and the galaxy far, far away, you definitely need to pick this up.
