This is actually sad, there is a really cool premise and some interesting ideas. All he(dev) does is plagiarize successful works and doesn't care enough to deliver. The game is setup in a way that you cannot progress early on and just force ends your runs, so you are given a deceptive feeling of there being more than there actually is. But as someone went through most of the scenarios, its not. All the systems in place are skin deep and as well thought-out as a wet fart. It was made to sell as many copies as they could advertise and nothing more. It was fine though as the dev promised updates and said it would continue expanding. But ofcourse its all lies and he is your average scammy Di&$%&%. And this Sc&#&@g just comes up and says there will be a huge update and i was like "finally the redemption and realization of the game". But my dear player it was all another big scam so this unscrupulous Di%$#*t could sell some Dog$#!# Boardgame through Youtuber advertisement and steam announcement. Massive disappointment, since i always wanted a horror game with some of these ideas. This game is good for anyone who plays games superficially and cant engage with it fully or don't. It is good for a couple hours for all the horror references tho, for those interested in that. Note: I have played this game a dozen hours outside this steam account and had high hopes

This is not really a game . it is a nonsensical collection of "spookay" happenings . I find it hard to even classify what it is. Its only really strong selling point is the junji ito influence otherwise this would likely have been completely forgotten. what's worse is it is unfinished . the dev only breaks radio silence to sell merch then disappears. There are much much better indie horror games out there worth your money.

A Junji Ito inspired roguelike. It reminds me a bit of single player Arkham Horror. I wish there are more games like this but alas we just get this one. I keep coming back to this game every so often especially during Halloween time. It's art, music and gameplay really are unique and thus it will always have a special place in my heart.

Love the Junji Ito references and the old-school aesthetic. Nails the horror with the character design and 1bit graphics. A full playthrough is a little longer than I'd like, but saving in-between adventures helps with that.
