I thought this game was going to be about chopping trees, I was wrong, It's about BUYING stamina. Cozy game, maybe sit down and enjoy the scenery and rest your stamina back? nope, go buy it from a bench, THAT'S how stamina works. oh and it takes two full purchases of stamina to chop ONE tree and get the logs... ONE tree takes two trips to the stamina store... oops I mean "workbench". Also its unfair to mention the fact the every tree hurts you when it's felled regardless of if it hits you because that's a beta feature, but yeah, that's a thing so go buy/build some health at the stamina store/workbench too.
Remember that hipster phase from like 15 years ago? Soft city kids growing beards, wearing flannel and pretending to be rugged lumberjacks? Peak cringe. Looks like someone took the 2010 hipster lumberjack phase and turned it into a game. You roll up to a birch forest in your lowrider pickup wearing the "cool bad guy hat", axe in one hand, Polaroid in the other. There’s even a coffee machine out in the woods so you can make your fancy double-latte-frappuccino-whatever. The emotes are pure Fortnite-tier g*yness. You just sit there in the middle of a half-cut forest, sipping thermos coffee while flute music plays. It’s the perfect 2010 hipster fantasy and it’s unbearably cringe in 2026. Refunded. Might’ve stuck around if the main character was an actual lumberjack chewing instant coffee and washing it down with beer instead of this Disney-princess-cosplaying-as-a-woodsman nonsense.
