What do I get when I buy a subscription?

Adobe Stock, Shutterstock, Motion Array, Envato Elements and Freepik Premium

You get a key for our own download portal. It is not a login to those websites. Enter the key in the portal to activate your plan, then download assets within your daily limit.

Adobe Creative Cloud

This is a genuine Adobe licence set up on your own email address, so you sign in to Adobe yourself. You must follow Adobe's rules.

Plan lengths run from 1 month to 1 year, depending on the product, and each plan has a daily download limit. What a plan covers is written on its product page.

How do I pay by bank transfer?

Choose Bank transfer at checkout when your cart has only subscriptions. If it also has a Steam game or a top-up, pay with Koko or Payzy, or buy the subscription as a separate order.

A new tab opens with our bank details, the exact amount and your order number. Transfer the amount, put the order number in the transfer note, and send us the receipt on WhatsApp or Discord. We confirm it as soon as possible, usually within 2 hours during support hours. Unpaid bank transfer orders are cancelled after 48 hours.

Can I pay in installments instead?

Yes. Pay in 3 interest-free installments with Koko or 4 with Payzy. No international card is needed. The refund rules below are the same whichever way you pay.

What is the refund rule?

Every subscription is guaranteed for its whole period. If it stops working because of a problem on our side, we replace it. If we cannot, we refund the days you have not used. For example, if a 1 month plan stops after 15 days, you get 15 days' worth back.

If you change your mind, you get a full refund before delivery. After delivery, depending on the situation, we refund either the days you have not used or the full price, minus a small key creation fee. Subscriptions are the only product we refund after delivery.

The guarantee does not cover a ban or suspension caused by breaking the provider's rules, for example by sharing or reselling your key or login. Each subscription is also governed by the terms of its provider.

These rules apply whether you paid with Koko, Payzy or bank transfer. The refund policy has the full details.
