How to Top Up Games in Sri Lanka
To top up a game in Sri Lanka with VaultX.lk, open the game's top-up page, choose a pack, enter your in-game ID and pay in rupees with Koko or Payzy. The top-up is delivered straight to the ID you give, usually within 2 hours. No international card is needed.
This guide covers the ID each game asks for, the three games that work differently, how long delivery takes and what happens if something goes wrong.
The four steps
1. Choose your game
Open the Top-Ups page and pick your game. We top up PUBG Mobile, Honor of Kings, Delta Force, Mobile Legends: Bang Bang, Call of Duty Mobile, Rainbow Six Mobile, Free Fire (Singapore server), Fortnite, Clash of Clans and Clash Royale.
2. Choose a pack and enter your ID
Pick the pack you want and enter your in-game ID at checkout. The table below shows what each game asks for.
3. Pay with Koko or Payzy
Checkout splits the total into 3 interest-free installments with Koko or 4 with Payzy. The first payment is taken at checkout. No international card is needed.
4. Receive your top-up
We credit the top-up to the ID you gave, usually within 2 hours of payment. You can follow the order under Order History in your profile. If it is taking longer than you expect, message us on WhatsApp or Discord and we will check it.
Which ID does each game need?
Enter the ID exactly as the game shows it. Each top-up page also says where to find it.

What happens if I enter the wrong ID?
The top-up is delivered to the ID you give us. If the ID is wrong, belongs to someone else or has the wrong zone or server, the top-up still goes to that account and we cannot recover it. Once it is delivered the order is final and cannot be refunded, so check the ID before you pay.
Which games work differently?
Free Fire
Free Fire top-ups on VaultX.lk are for the Singapore (SG) server only. Make sure your account is on the Singapore server before you pay. A wrong server is not refundable.
Fortnite
For Fortnite, our team logs in to your Epic account during a session while you stay connected and can see everything we do. We prefer you stay connected with AnyDesk for the whole session. We never ask for, collect or store your password. You type it yourself, on your own screen, only if it is needed. This top-up is for Sri Lankan Epic accounts only. Message us on WhatsApp or Discord before you order.
Clash of Clans and Clash Royale
We buy gems in the official Supercell Store with your Supercell ID, and we never log in to your game account. First message us on WhatsApp with screenshots of what you want to buy, then send your Supercell ID email. We then ask for the one-time code (OTP) that Supercell sends you. Do not log in to the Supercell Store until we confirm the order is complete. We send you a payment link, and you can pay with Koko or Payzy. When the order is done we send you a screenshot of the purchase and log out of the Supercell Store.
How long does delivery take?
Game top-ups are usually delivered within 2 hours of payment confirmation. Publishers sometimes credit large packs in stages, so check your in-game mailbox before reporting a top-up as missing. If you gave a correct ID and the top-up has still not appeared after our delivery window, contact us with your Order ID. We will either complete the top-up or refund it in full.
Can I get a refund on a top-up?
Not once it has been delivered to the ID you gave. You are refunded in full if a top-up was paid for but never credited to a correct ID, or if we delivered the wrong pack by mistake. Bans or suspensions that a publisher applies after a top-up is credited are outside our control. The refund policy has the full rules.
