This is quite possibly the most amazing game I've played. The wrapper is clever and funny, but also pretty solid systems underneath.
Bought this as a bit to celebrate 1 year of getting hacked live on stream, wasn't expecting to have this much fun! Great work, immaculate vibes, can't wait to see thew next game.
I'm not a big fan of Survivors clones. they all basically play the same. but I AM weirdly hung-up about old computer interfaces and Y2K aesthetics. This game nails the vibe as close to perfectly as it can legally get. Maybe it would feel more like the early-00's software it's trying to emulate if the game itself was more heavily mouse controlled - a little more Windows-y - but then that'd be a different game. Worth the six bux to support a very well-realized exploration of pre-Aero digital aesthetics, and the game's pretty fun on top of that.
excellent game to *not* play at work
