Anyone who has played *Atlas* would agree that this is a disgrace... 90% of the mechanics have been simplified: ships are built with the push of a single button, cannons fire automatically as if by magic and cannonballs are infinite. And, by the way, you can't build anything on the ship itself. Not to mention the fact that controlling the ship the mast, sails, and anchor—happens telepathically.

Its a rip off from atlas and they didnt even take everything from atlas so the ships are a joke and the skill tree is hard to complete due to it not registering when you complete a task now that servers are open its crashing as much as astraeos.

Either they finally got this one right or the Steam community is Toxic Trash. I have had 0 issues with this DLC and I absolutely love it!! Ark and Atlas combine to create the best of everything!! The ships are much much better than Atlas. The sailing mechanics for wind so much better no more 5knots going against the wind. Combat is massively improved!!! I could not recommend this DLC enough to anyone that ever wished Atlas and Ark were one in the same. The massive Genesis ocean and this DLC are made for each other!!!
