I bought the original Company of Heroes at a Target almost 2 decades ago as a gift to my brother because the cover looked cool. I had no idea what kind of game it even was, but the franchise ended up becoming one of our childhood favorites. Since then we have spent hundreds of hours exclusively playing Co-Op vs AI skirmishes together. As an unc, I have never been interested in submitting myself thru the hell that is online multiplayer. Final Stand feels like a love letter to players like us. The game is not perfect; I have a lot of gripes about the direction of CoH in gerneral. We even pre-ordered CoH 3 originally, only to play it for 2 hours and not touch it again the last 3 years. I am excited about the overhaul update coming to CoH though, and Final Stand has been a lot of fun. If you are a player who likes online multiplayer, this game is probably not for you. But for a filthy casual like myself who has only ever played Co-Op vs AI in the RTS genre, we are really enjoying the game and will likely end up pouring hundreds of hours in this as an easy end of day wind-down game to enjoy with a friend.

I keep buying the overpriced dlc to support but this is the most shameless one yet. Doesn't need a separate launcher, just make the base version with multiplayer free to play then sell the two campaigns separately. Would make the most logical sense.
They need to add more then 2 player Coop. Every game they made is at least 4v4 why have 2 player max??? Until that changes this stays up.
