Amazing visuals. Love following the series. Intricate and interesting plots. Only downside is the ages of walking and quite vague puzzles
I enjoyed this! There's certainly points where I though having to retrace my routes and the size of the walk was a bit excessive but overall this was an enjoyable horror experience with good sound design and a good balance of jump scare and atmosphere.
Cosmic Fear is very similar to the previous two games by Alessandro Guzzo, The Land of Pain and The Alien Cube: a walking sim with horror elements, tension and Lovecraftian vibes. The graphics are quite good, sound/music are OK-ish and the story is passable excluding the ending which is pretty underwhelming. The typical lite puzzles and a monster chasing you are present as well. The quality is also good, I encountered only one bug which got fixed by reloading the game. It's a relatively short game but if you are a fan of the genre, don't hesitate to buy it.
This is my first review for any game but I enjoyed it so much I had to write one. The atmosphere is top notch. People who are giving it a negative review because parts took too long or it wasn't scary enough are going into this game with the wrong mindset. Turn off the lights, grab a good pair of stereo headphones, and enjoy the experience.

When I tell you I had absolutely ZERO expectations when I started this...I truly mean it. I barely watched the trailer and decided that I wanted to play it. HIGH-FIVE to me for deciding that because the game was epic. I really enjoyed the graphics and visuals. The gameplay was fun and I really enjoyed the story and plot. I was largely unprepared for the story and I loved it. Also the voice acting was pretty good and I liked the characters. If you like more searching/mystery styled games, this is it! To those who want just a jump-scare horror game...look elsewhere. Definitely not that type of game! To the players complaining that its a walking simulator...I'm not sure what they were expecting. Even I could tell from what little I saw about the game that there was going to be a lot of walking. And honestly I wasn't bored for any of it, there were a couple times I got lost or confused about which way to go...BUT that's apart of playing a game, you have to use your brain and figure it out. I can understand the complaints of it not being that scary. I do wish there were a bit more jumps myself but towards the end I didn't care as much. Overall it was a fantastic game and now I'm super curious about the other games the creator has made.
