Overall, the game still barely feels like it is good enough for early access. Let alone a full release. I recommend against this title as we do not want to encourage this from devs.

This game was not ready for "full release." It is very much still in an early access stage. That being said, it isn't a terrible game. The idea is there but it would be nice to see more story missions in the future, Do not purchase this game if you do not want an early access level of play.

The game's concept is fantastic and really piqued my interest. I’ve played quite a few life simulation games, but I’ve yet to find one that truly delivers that perfect blend of freedom and a structured mission progression. I stumbled upon Denizen by chance, and after reading the developer's description and player comments, I felt it was worth giving it a shot. But honestly, the game feels incredibly rough and far from a finished product—it barely feels ready to leave Early Access. For instance, early on, my character suggested getting a job, so I tried the pizza delivery gig. (I have to admit, the pizza mini-game is actually quite engaging, though it does get repetitive and get bored after time—I haven't tried other jobs yet.) After working full-time—two shifts—I’d earned around $500, but by then, my character was getting hungry (I’d already eaten everything available in the house and my backpack). That’s where the frustration kicked in. Since my character had a car, I drove around the city to scout out amenities and hit the supermarket for groceries. I drove the entire map, only to find a single supermarket for buying food (I wonder why they don't offer online shopping to make things easier for new players?). All the other shops just sold cars or offered car customization. Did I miss something? There wasn't even a place to buy food near my character's starting home—only a shop selling... medicine? There’s a fast-food joint a ways off, but you have to travel quite a distance to get there—it’s not just a few steps away. As I mentioned earlier, the game’s concept is actually solid—I liked it enough to buy it despite the mixed reviews—but the execution really let me down. I think it might come down to a difference in mindset; since the developers aren't Asian, the underlying logic seems to be that players should turn to "illegal methods" to make money more easily than by working a regular job. It just felt weird—barely into the game, some random guy messages me to run errands for him. Then, before I’ve even finished my first "meal," some woman texts saying she’s being held captive in a mansion and needs rescuing. I went to check it out, only to find I needed lockpicking tools to get inside. (The thing is, from an Asian perspective, you’d delete a message like that instantly—it looks exactly like those trashy scam texts.)

No issues here. Runs fine for me. I haven't explored the whole map, yet, just visited one town so far. The driving sucks, but I got there and back without hitting another car or running off the road so that's a plus. Steam says a similar game is Vein. Well, I guess. Replace humans with zombies and maybe. The driving sucks there, too, so maybe that's it, lol. It's not bad, a bit empty, needs more details in the world. Flowers, grass, rocks, parks, places to visit that make it worth driving all that way. Coming back home and there was a long line of cars waiting at the crossing, no one walking across the road so I don't know what the hold up was. I waited a few minutes then said 'stuff it,' and went around them all. No other cars so it looked all the cars in the town were lined up there. They'd disappeared after entering and exiting my home. More quirky than buggy, IMO. More character customisation would be good. I don't like any of the presets but it doesn't even matter anyway as, in dialogue, it ignores your edits and shows the default look. I find it interesting, a few little gripes but no major issues.

Great game. I've waited for the full release. I think it has improved. I hope to see the GPS better.
