really enjoy this idler — it’s different from most because it’s actually interactive, which I love. A lot of idle games lean so hard into being AFK that after 500 hours you realize you’re barely playing anymore. That happened with my last idler: I beat the hardest mode, reached endgame, and the “gameplay” became leaving my PC on overnight hoping for a 0.001% drop. It just stopped being interesting. With the short amount of time I’ve spent in this one, I’m enjoying it more and more. Managing my squad, poking at the different systems, and actually playing when I want to makes a huge difference. Yes, it’s still very idle, but it also gives you things to do — and even though some people complain about that, I think it’s a great design choice that sets it apart from the more boring idlers. I love watching my crew tackle boss battles and seeing who comes out on top. Unlocking all the subclasses is fun, and the ability to auto‑equip the best gear is extremely welcome when you’re managing tons of characters. I do wish there were an option to auto‑equip without prompting on every character, but the current system works well enough. If I had one complaint, it’s that the UI needs polish. It’s functional, but it’s not very attractive — it has a bit of a browser‑game aesthetic. Cleaning that up would go a long way. Overall, there’s a lot to love here, and I definitely recommend it.
