Echoes of Mora is an atmospheric narrative adventure about a village lost to the water and a girl looking for her brother. Dive into the sunken ruins of a small, insular community, find hidden objects and traces of its people, and piece together what really happened here. Every discovery brings you closer to Mora and the mystery surrounding her missing brother.
After her brother disappears near a cursed violet lake, young Mora sets out to find him. Days later, only the drowned remains of her village tell of what followed. That is where your story begins: drifting through flooded streets and silent houses, searching for answers among what was left behind. But not everything down here was lost. Hidden in the depths lie Echoes, portals into the days before the flood.
Each Echo is sealed, its fragments scattered across the sunken world, hidden in quiet corners or behind small puzzles. Find them, and the past opens up to you: see the village as it once was, full of light, voices, and dramatic revelations. There, Mora is the only one who can see you. Answer her questions, point her toward what she needs to notice, and share your discoveries with her across time. Your findings become her guidance, and with every Echo, you follow her brother's trail a little further. How Mora's story ends is up to you.
Navigate the flooded landscape at your own pace with keyboard and mouse or controller. A calm yet gripping story game with a cool concept. Nice graphics and great voice acting create an immersive atmosphere. Really enjoyed my playthrough, just wish it had been a bit longer. I'll definitely go for another run since I missed some achievements and want to see the second ending.

I am not quite through the story yet, but I had to stop and write a review. What an absolute gem of gaming. Its all so beautiful, the art direction, the voice actors and the story. Perfect game for a rainy autumn afternoon. I also bought the bundle with the VR variant and can't wait to play it again with my Meta Quest!

The game looks beautiful and there are a lot of small hidden details and easter eggs you can find. I love the fact that you can sympathize with multiple characters. Mora especially - she is just a kid, but she is so thoughtful and precious you want to protect her at all cost on her adventure.

A gripping narrative game that you can finish in one afternoon. I love the story plot twists and the beautiful underwater world. The characters have real depth and interacting with Mora adds immersion. The game also never triggered my thalassophobia even though it mostly takes place underwater.

Echoes of Mora is a narrative driven game about a small Italian village, which now sits at the bottom of a lake. You, as some sort of omni-present spirit look into the past to discover what happened in the days before the town was flooded. For this, you find items in the area to unlock memories and then watch moments of the past play out. I found the game has very interesting twists and incredibly unique characters that tell a very vivid and gripping story. All of this ends in a really cool finale, too - Congrats on the release!
