Forest of Deceit

A must-have for when you're playing party games with friends. A few of my friends and I had played this and I knew I had to get it for myself, it's fun and the rules explain what to do pretty well. However, I'd love a reminder on the resource decision screen about who I've been paired up with. Other than that the game has no faults in my eyes, the art is very well done and there are small details to pay attention to, like cards changing subtly depending on whether the characters made it back to camp safely or not. Would highly recommend if you like games like Jackbox, Golf with Friends, Pummel Party, etc, a perfect addition to a your party games list!

Solid secret hitler/avalon style deduction game with a twist in the form of disappearing in the woods, some great art, and great narration. Makes for a great addition to my other cell phone party games I do have some critiques for the devs though: * Takes a couple of runs to really get the hang of it (probably unavoidable) * I feel like some aspects can be better explained (or have reminders, if I missed the explanation) like the ghost breeze and the random chance of getting lost in the woods * If you phone falls asleep quicker than a couple minutes, you will need to change that or regularly tap on the screen to keep it awake * The UI on the options screen can use a bit of work. It took me a while to realize what I needed to click to back out of it
