Im wrighting this bad review not because the game its self is Bad the concept is great but it does have its its issues. Its because you can see the developers have tried to implement Controller support but the controllers drift everywhere without you touching it this is both sticks left and right on a Xbox controller. I know its not my controller because on other steam games it works well. But what seems to annoy people. Is people are reporting issues like this and getting ignored the game feels abandoned as far as the devs responses to issues dead. So if you are waiting to buy the game but want controller support DON'T buy it. whats really annoying is you can clearly see they have attempted to implement it because when you go up to objects theres a prompts saying press A for this X for that but the constant drifting makes it unplayable

September 30, 2026: I haven't opened the shop yet. I cleaned it up first and went to explore Koshima Island. It's pretty and bustling with life. It has a lovely view of Mount Fuji from the beach park right across from your shop! https://images.steamusercontent.com/ugc/13350391077546863843/4B340023F0D4FFFF26B71551BA3680B9F42302E8/?imw=5000&imh=5000&ima=fit&impolicy=Letterbox&imcolor=%23000000&letterbox=false There are various places to play basketball shooting hoops and fishing. You don't even need a basketball or a fishing rod because they are provided for you right at those places. There are various stores that you can install an arcade machine for passive money. There's a bank to go for loans but it's just full of kiosks and not bank tellers. There are glowing cardboard boxes all over town that will give you money and retro game cartridges you can use for your shop. I even found a bicycle that I rode around town. I parked it at my apartment and saved and exited out of the game. But when I went back into the game, all stats were saved but the bike is back where I found it. Oh well! I did try to steal it technically, lol! The game itself is working fine with my old gaming laptop. Not always smoothly but the glitches don't get in the way of my enjoying the exploration. I like it so far. Other than Supermarket Simulator, this is the only other one that has an interactive town attached to it. I actually love it for that! I'll update this review when I test the gameplay. October 6, 2026: I just completed the first day of opening my shop. Bought a shelf and accidentally bought two more. No matter, I'll need those extra shelves when I buy more licenses for products. There was only one game to sell until I reach the required level to buy my first license. Pricing the game was very easy. A window about the product pops up. It shows you what you paid for an individual game and what the market price is. I started at market price and adjusted it up 10% on top of that. I found that you can adjust the price higher but it will tell you in red parenthesis that that is a high price (which some customers will refuse to pay). You can also round up the price if you don't want to have to deal with making change in coins! I got a closer look at the townspeople that were customers this day. The men looked fine, but oh my gosh! The women were frightening! They all looked like zombie prostitutes! https://images.steamusercontent.com/ugc/17313133562287690278/C337C14C76F8F1CFAA04C14B340A10D1D51B2244/?imw=5000&imh=5000&ima=fit&impolicy=Letterbox&imcolor=%23000000&letterbox=false At the very least, they look liked drugged out prostitutes! I'm going to have to make a request to the devs to please change the women graphics. This is a Japanese town and Japanese women should be better represented. No drugged out or possessed eyes! More modest but fashionable clothing! So far, I haven't come across any bugs. Ordering the shelf and game went fine without problems. Opening the shop and working the register was good too! Credit card billing is super easy! No lags at anytime in the gameplay. I had fun and just had a really good time. I'm going back to play some more.... Oh! I got robbed! The doorway has a theft detection gate. I was so surprised, that I forgot that I have a baseball bat I can access when I press Tab! Oh well, NEXT time I'll remember to clobber the guy with my Louieville Slugger 3,000! I'll keep updating this review as I build my gaming empire on Koshima Island!

Fatal software crashes and creepy NPC's. I can tell effort went into the game but something doesn't feel quite right.. Unfortunately I will be proceeding my quest to find a good Game Shop simulator.

I'm going to be refunding this game because it is clunky at best. First in-game day and first customer walked in looking like a zombie. The customers will LITERALLY give you nightmares
