I woud aboslutely recommend this game to anyone-- even non horror fans alike. The story shown in this game is so amazingly catching and I found myself growing to love Lily so much as not only a character but as a person too. This game took a big twist that I really didn't expect and I can for sure say that I'll be playing it again, just to feel the mirade of emotions that came from it. What a beautoful work of art <3
short fun game to play So awesome
Even if I'm not the *exact* intended playerbase , this was a great game to go through. Plenty of mystery and depth to sift through, **** you for opening stuff on my computer and spooking me (affectionate), and a good chunk of extra stuff to look around at to get an idea of what kind of person Lily was, ditto with her friends. Most web exploring puzzle games struggle to balance "this webpage is very important keep it in mind" and "this is flavor text for worldbuilding", this hit the nail on the head. I think that's a *very* important note for me to make, because that's not easy at all to balance.
This game was wonderful. It touches on topics that I've struggled with on and off throughout my life. Maybe the short runtime means it can't dive into those topics in as deep or nuanced way as some folks might like, I still feel seen and understood. I hope the developer feels seen and understood by the folks who resonated with their game too. Some of those jumpscares were downright diabolical. Got me good and it was really fun, added an extra layer I wasn't expecting. Won't say though, spoilers, it was creative.
If it wasn’t for me having school the next day, I would have sat up all night playing through. Game was built amazingly, and the horror aspects were implemented perfectly. You will feel disgusted by some of the information in the game, but trust me, it is completely worth it. SonderingEmily, you made a game that I hope will never be lost to history.
