Loot Frog is an incremental action bullet hell where you smash pots for loot, fight an evil cult, and grow stronger with every run.
There are no resets and no idle mechanics. Every upgrade is permanent, and every run pushes you forward.
Start small. Build momentum. Become unstoppable.
A tightly designed 3 hour experience that keeps you coming back for "just one more run".

Break pots, defeat enemies, and collect resources to fuel your progression.
Unlike traditional incremental games, Loot Frog is fully active. You'll be constantly moving, dodging, and making real-time decisions in chaotic bullet hell combat, not just watching numbers go up.
The better you play, the faster you grow. Every run makes you stronger, pushing you deeper into the dungeon.

Every level introduces new enemy types with distinct behaviours, keeping combat fresh and challenging.
Face aggressive elites that test your skills, and take on unique bosses with different bullet patterns and mechanics at the end of each biome.
Progress through 25 handcrafted levels across 5 biomes, each with its own challenges, hazards, and enemies to master.

Unlock a large branching skill tree with 200+ meaningful upgrades and abilities that drastically change how you play.
Focus on survivability, explosive power, or resource efficiency and create a build that fits your style.
There's no single correct path. You play at your own pace.

Personally, I hate this game. So why am I recommending it? If you like Bullet Hells but also like incrementals and want to merge them, this is for you. I do not like bullet hells... so this isn't really fun for me. But I know a lot of people who like bullet hells, so I'm likely to recommend it to them. Update: I recommend waiting for it to be updated, as this game despite saying it runs fine on potatoes, clearly doesn't run well on good computers. As I ran into occasional lag spikes. I review games based on whether or not I'm likely to recommend the game. Which is what steam asks "Do you recommend this game?" yes, yes I do. Defining because for some reason people don't get that one. XD This game has a cute frog who wields a sword (Great for Chrono Trigger. Breath of Fire 2 and Cauldron fans... Now I have 4 games with a sword wielding frog.) You smash pots, slowly, and watch your stamina metre go down. Now, I do feel this game would be a lot less boring without that stamina metre. You have to both take out enemies, bosses and pots. While minding your health, but there's also a timer on it... Doesn't make the game more fun. You get many upgrades and eventually get very powerful, then you kill a big boss and unlock more levels. I'm still not very far into the game, I don't know if I'll even be able to finish it as I am utterly terrible at Bullet Hells. But I'll update this review once I do and if there's anything else to add. My biggest issue with all the incrementals on steam is how grindy they are. I do like number go up, I love skill trees, I love getting stronger each attempt.... I dislike the long boring haul to get there. Especially when it feels unwarranted. That is a big count against this game and others like it. You're going to have to grind, a lot. It's not time well spent, it's just a slow process. But another big issue with incrementals is that the gameplay is usually not very interesting. You're stuck either smashing bottles or pigs, or just pressing a button. It's like cookie clicker without the buildings, or the cookies, or the whimsy. This game at least gives you some decent gameplay and if you're good at bullet hells, you can crank that difficulty right up. (I cranked it right down, not ashamed to admit XD and still not very good at it.) That's probably about it for now, still early in the game, will update. Thanks for reading, or skipping to the end. Whether or not this was useful to you, have a lovely day. <3
