love the friend pass idea, worth the purchase to support. my friend with the friend pass has it crashing in the tutorial before we can play together. he also didnt know what a bonfire looked like and died to the tutorial boss and spawned in at the start of the tutorial. a bit brutal to get through it twice with crashes

Really wanted to play this game as it looks awesome! Unfortunately, this game won't run due to my piece of ♥♥♥♥ CPU. When the game crashed, a window popped up saying that my CPU has problems with modern Unreal Engine 5 games. So I did more research and yes, do not buy this over priced crappy 14900k or the one below it, as games crash like crazy! I need to sell this CPU and motherboard, and get a different one that has no problems with modern games. It's a shame, I really wanted to play this as I'm sure it's good. Edit: Ok, I have a clean install of Windows, and have adjusted some of the settings in my bios with the latest Bios update now. The game seems to be running very smooth now, with no crashes :) Just from playing an hour, it's definitely an eery and souls like feel. I just killed my first boss and man, it's good! It's all about timing jumping out the way and when to strike, but you knew that being a souls fan ;) I'm gonna have to get use to things but yeah! I would recommend this game, especially on a sale. Enjjoy!
