Fun game! Love the voice acting! I like the kinda weird graphics. Creative storytelling. Have a few issues with stuttering. Game will freeze for a few moments. Never crashed. But I do love this game so far! Throw a few updates and fix the minor issues and its 100% a recc.
Recommended if you yearn for character action games with good game feel and challenge. I beat it on Hard and had quite the fun time with it. The story doesn't tell you much, but quite a bit can be gleaned from what's there, and I enjoyed the atmosphere. Minigames in this were surprisingly polished, also. To be a little more depthful, I'm an action game fiend actually. I absolutely adore Devil May Cry, and I can feel that DNA in here even more than what some might first grab for (Nier Automata). One issue I had with Nier Automata was that in spite of being a unique and weird, definitely interesting game, the combat never really clicked with me. The enemies just took punishment, combat itself didn't feel particularly complex, etc. I did not feel that way with this game. By the time I noticed there WAS a Style meter, it was when I'd reached SSS because I was in a flow state. The game has that sauce for an action game lover, for the combo freaks, that--frankly?--games like Nier Automata lack. The enemies do have somewhat chonky health, but that's since you can beat the crap out of them stylishly. Also, if you really figure out the moves you'll know how to do a lot of damage to get rid of priority targets. Game has Jojo's Stand-like punching, has gun combo extension, weird swap mechanics (a good thing!!), and a bunch of interesting little moves and combo chains. It was good. Hey, my friends, there's another review here that said: "sell this on DLSite" that fella is right, you oughtta. It would probably do pretty damn okay over there

This game is definitely a good game for DOUJIN standards. But if you expect this game to be as good as [strike] an indie game backed by private equity [/strike] - *ahem* I mean...as good as your typical indie games on steam, that are of course...totally independent™, filled with passion™, that are definitely, does not spent more than 100k on bot farms to wishlist the game, then I think this game is definitely not for you. P.S. Dischan, I hope you are reading this. But I sense a shift in the air over here. I gotta be honest with you, you better start selling your game on DLSite next time. Cause I think you'll make more bank than you would ever be right here on Steam. I wish you luck on your journey. You are truly a gem of a talent. Best wishes, a fan

Bought this game years ago because it has a lot potential for an indie game. It didn't disappoint me at all; reminds me like I'm playing a PlayStation 1&2 games. Pros: Gameplay feels great! - Combat and movement feels natural. A lot of effort was made into making the combat feel like an AAA game. - Art, animation and music works well with the gameplay and story. The comic segments is a good insert for cutscene for the game. Cons: The world feels empty from time to time. - The first section of the game feels like it has good placement of enemies but latter it feel like they only limited the placement due to the story. Despite being massive some area feels like you can do platforming and explore but only feel disappointed to find little to no items at all. - Side quests story aren't very interesting; they only are the means to gain exp. For the Devs: - A post-apocalyptic story of magical girls saving the world does feel great in a way. However it feels like a lot of context left out until the 80% of the game's progress. Stories like these are what makes it interesting; finding out what happens to the world before and after. - Dream sequences needs voices to feels more immersive. - Spell feels bland like it can be improve in animation and visual. - The length of the game feels somewhat neutral for a hack and slash game. However if it's going expand for future updates. I would like to see some more ways to further improve the gameplay of the game. Some section of the game's gameplay feels like a one time segment which feels unnecessary to put in. - The hacking shooter game in early part of the game feels like it can be expanded as side quests. - Gun play and drones controls should be involved more in side quests or mini games. - The 18+ scenes are a treat but would like to see more of the events to get to them. Not just enter a random spot and get into it.

Its a good game. its a hack and slash with some culture lol. if you get the patch its better. I have two complaints. one it the veriaty fo clothes is way too small and the game is super short 10 hours of story and 2 or 3 of side content.
