Damn! Finally a well made off-roading game, we don't get many of them these times. All Funselektor game has this spiritual vibe about them, the same thing here. The Buddah of automobile shows you the ropes and 5 minutes later you are on your own trying to drive up a mountain. Enjoy the music, enjoy the journey, calm down, plan ahead, take your chance and succeed or fail. This game doesn't punish you for failing so try again! As someone that spent "some" hours in Spintires, Mudrunner and Snowrunner I'll just say that I REALLY appreciate the fact that in this game all objects are indestructible, I know it sounds weird but it is good to know that every tree or rock will stop you instead of trying to guess which small birch tree has a fkin vibranium rod inside.

Finally, it’s here, and it was worth every day of waiting. I’ve been following over the hill's development journey for ages, and I was literally counting down the days on the calendar until release. I can say it delivers exactly the experience it promised. Visually, the game is stunning. I keep finding myself stopping to admire the landscape in front of my car. Don’t rush it, because the world itself is a reward and it deserves to be carefully explored. Music and sound design are masterfully done. They accompany the journey perfectly, setting the mood and adding to the atmosphere without ever being intrusive. Oh, and it runs like butter on my setup, so GG to the developers for their incredible work on performance. If you enjoyed the demo, or if you’re looking for a game that values atmosphere and the joy of the journey, this is it. Highly recommended. Now, off to Algeria. Can’t wait to run my Protector wheels on some sand dunes.
