Photomaly is PSX-style first-person horror game where you take over the photography studio your father left behind. Process orders from strange customers, decorate your studio and keep an eye out for things that don’t seem quite right...

Photography isn’t always as simple as pressing the shutter. Find the perfect angle, develop film under the right conditions, prepare the final photos, and make sure they end up in the right hands.

Greet and serve the local community. Each customer comes with their own unique requests, quirks, and stories. Get to know your patrons and fulfil their orders. Just make sure not to pry too deep…

When business is slow, customise and decorate your workspace. Hang your favourite prints on the wall or create the perfect wallpaper for your PC. Use your profits to unlock and purchase studio upgrades – better equipment, better setups, better results.

Developing films pays the bills, but something isn’t quite right. With every photo taken, you get a little bit closer to [REDACTED]. The [REDACTED] seems to know some things as well…

I find this game VERY fun and I am hoping yall are gonna add endless soon, I have completed every badge
Man, some people are being so hypercritical of this game. I play a ton of these lo-fi indie horrors and this one was up there for me. Trust me, there are WAY worse games of the genre (and some more expensive than this), like some real piles of dookie out there. It got some good jumps out of me, it got some laughs out of me. I really liked the atmosphere and tinkering with the photo editor was fun (if that's your thing). People saying its "soulless" or whatever, need to loosen up a bit. There's actually a tangible plotline that wasn't terrible and I got some amusement out of it. Only thing I can agree on is
the backrooms part, could've done without. It felt disjointed and was needlessly annoying, but again, I've played way worse.
All around decent little horror game IMO.
Really nice short horror game, like the vibe, like the humour and some locations. Some cheap screamers of course, but I still liked it. Only downside is that there is not much to spend money on, but still fun game.
