GOAT Series
I played RDR2 before this. This is just as open world and just as fun as RDR2. I had to tweak some Windows and Rockstar Launcher settings to get the game to function properly but thankfully online fixes I found got it working fine. You'll need to learn how to use your keyboard and mouse to hit the various gameplay sweet spots but once learnt it becomes a lot of fun instead of frustration. Worth the learning curve. These are the epitomes of Western gaming excellence just as the Kingdom Come Deliverance games are the epitomes of medieval gaming excellence. No magic, guns, or lasers - just visceral bloody good fun. Glad Rockstar released RDR for PC.

It has so many features that I can't possibly list them all. They include 6DOF motion controls (with 2H Weapons), native stereo, head-tracking, holsters and many other features! The amount of work put into this mod is mind-boggling. I didn't get to test the mod with DLSS (I had to use FXAA), but there's already a fix for that. So I was getting 60-90 fps on my RTX 5090 and the game looked great. However, with the update it should run much better as well. It's always been a dream of mine to play RDR1 in VR and I'm so happy it's finally here. The VR mod is still in early days so I'm sure it'll get better. However, there is no better way to experience RDR1 and it shows that VR is the future now. Get into VR pronto because this is the golden age of VR modding. [quote]I bought this game!
