I love this game!
I love the game but the day time cycle is far to short. I do not want to have to focus on one or two things each day for time sake, I'd prefer to have at least 30-40 min in a day to get as much done as I want and still give my daily gifts. It just feels like this game is a bit stressful because of it, pleaseeeee update this or give us an adjustment dial!!!!
I didnt follow this game through early access, and I didnt follow any controversial after 1.0 release. I just bought it because it looks beautifull and it really does. I love the art style, I love the gameplay. NPCs are a little bit shallow, but I dont really care much about that aspect of games in general. Building and decorating system is one of the best I have seen, you can literally build house piece by piece. Animals are the cutest, character customization and clothings are great. Different jobs and skills for them are interesting segment. It is grindy, crafting mechanics are like in "My time at..." series, meaning there are timer for making items which I personally dont like, but I can do a lot of other things while I wait for them to finish so it doesnt bother me much. I recommend this game to everyone who just wants to explore, build a paradise and relax.

First, the game is playable and you can enjoy it. There's nothing wrong with liking it. Everything below is just my own view, and maybe I simply hoped for too much. I wanted to love this game. The theme, the art style, the gameplay, it's all there and I really love it. I've been playing since day one of Early Access and I was hooked, it felt like it had real promise. I looked forward to every update Then 1.0 launched and I was there on day one ,again. The bugs from EA are still there, with plenty of new ones on top. The content is almost unchanged, except for a strange new co-op system where you just visit someone else's farm, no shared progress, nothing feels like polish game and feels like I'm still playing the Early Access game. The updates are almost entirely minor bug fixes, each listed on its own line so the patch notes look like more work than they are. Every promising part still feels far away, and my hope for this game improving has dried up.

This game has been super cute, I love the outfits. I do hope they continue to drop outfits and decorations and upgrades without charging more. So far it's been cute. When they have had bugs I have seen that it's fixed in a reasonable amount of time (I did notice the gameplay and bugs between my pc and steamdeck are a little different and suspect that has to do with how the pc/steamdeck are able to run the game). Although it can play on steamdeck its way less buggy on PC. Love that they added multiplayer although I haven't tried it out yet. just like other games (Disney Dreamlight) the multiplayer is locked behind completing quests, which can be disappointing if you are wanting to start from the ground up with a friend, maybe they will change this with feedback. The Capybara is my favorite pet so far!
