Invest in 20 illegal operations spread across the city. Run speakeasies, gambling halls, smuggling operations, protection rackets, and more.
Every operation is run by someone with a story to tell. Spend Influence to uncover their histories and earn permanent bonuses while learning about the people building your organization.
Track the Ace in Three Card Monte. Place your bets at the horse track, where insider tips and fixed races can tilt the odds in your favor. Rise high enough to operate your own Numbers Racket.
The games are not there to empty your wallet. Play the angles correctly and The Action can bankroll your next expansion.
When your operation reaches its limits, Ascend.
Your rackets reset, but your reputation remains. Earn Notoriety and spend it on permanent upgrades in the Ascension Market:
Composure: Delegate work, automate collections, and identify profitable opportunities.
Connections: Protect your fortune, expand your network, and keep the right people paid.
Capo: Strengthen your crew and master the violence required to survive.
Chicanery: Improve the odds, unlock harder games, and expand your gambling operation.
After every ascension, Don Salvatore Russo judges your performance. Whether he sees a worthy successor or a dangerous liability depends on the choices you make.
Starting at Ascension 1, rival hitmen begin coming for your organization. Upgrade your arsenal from the Colt 1911 to the Thompson submachine gun and defeat increasingly dangerous opponents before they dismantle everything you built.
Your campaign has a beginning, middle, and end across 10 ascensions. Your decisions determine whether you build a lasting legacy or leave behind a trail of betrayal.
Earn the good ending and become the Don to unlock Empire Mode.
Your completed syndicate is preserved while rival hitmen return in escalating cycles. Earn more Notoriety, purchase long-term Empire expansions, raise racket and weapon limits, and continue growing for as long as you choose.
The city is waiting.

Mobster themed Idle game where you buy and upgrade buisnesses, gamble, and fight off hitmen. Its fun. A bit of a story is played out at each of the buisnesses as you upgrade them and as you progress the game. Everytime you max out all of your buisnesses you can asscend which resets your progress and lets you spend resources to purchase upgrades from a skill tree. These upgrades are pretty normal idle game upgrades, but you can also get stuff that auto-buys upgrades, meaning the game an pretty much play itself other than pressing assend. Over all. I liked it. There's also something like a "new game+" mode when you finish the main "story"

Personally, I feel this game deserved far more attention than it got. I loved the setting, there's precious few games with a film noir theme to it. It's a short incremental idle game, but I think worth the money that's asked. It may not have revolutionary gameplay, but I liked the story additions that add to the vibe as well as the incremental money making side too. You can choose to play it actively or passively. At the time of me writing this, I finished the game with all achievements. Played more actively than I did, it could be done a bit sooner. The music was also great, with just one song that felt particularly loud compared to the rest of the jazz songs. You can set the music to play quieter songs after beating the story. I think it could be an option at the start of the game though. All in all, a solid short idle game with a great theme, music, and overall vibe that I liked very much. I hope the dev makes other games and I'd like to see what they do in the future.

For the price, it seems like it will be an enjoyable game. I'll update my review once I've 'completed' it, but wanted to support this dev after seeing some weirdo give him a negative review because he mentioned his wife and 2 kids in the credits. I hope that guy's wife sees his reviews and realizes what sort of negative testosterone creep she's living with. Never seen something so cringy in a review. Good luck to the dev. It's not easy putting yourself out there, and from what I've seen, you've remained responsive to your customer base, and the game has already evolved since release because of feedback you've been given. Great job! *Edit* Hit the credits. The game was enjoyable, albeit not revolutionary in the incremental/idle space. Worth the price, especially to highlight "Tower Dove" and his incredibly off the wall negative review. Seek help, Tower Dove. Seek help.

I've "played" a lot of idle games, but most of them stick to the same structure and design, just with a different skin on top. This one does something different in both aspects and I like the choices that the developer made. It's an interesting premise with an interesting visual style to boot. If you like idle games, a definite recommendation from me!
